  • Prior to his appointment as EHS Advisor for ENOC, he was the Health, Safety and Environment Manager of Petron Corporation, the largest oil company in the Philippines.  Charged with advising management on matters involving the organization and effective implementation of corporate health, safety, environmental protection, fire prevention/protection programs with the aim of continuously improving the company’s HSE performance 
  • Holds degree of Management and Industrial Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology, Manila, Philippines
  • Total of more than 31 years’ experience in health, safety, environmental protection and emergency response
  • Has conducted various trainings on Safety, Fire Protection, Oil Spill and Emergency Response
